I found this cute keyboard at Ifansland.com .
It's pretty cute and its free ! So i'm sharing it with you guys! Hope you like it :)

*You must jailbreak your phone first*
STEP ONE : Open up "CYDIA" , search for "IFILE" & "COLOUR KEYBOARD", intsall it.
STEP TWO : After you had download this keyboard, open "IFile" and search for it in /var/mobile/document
STEP THREE : "unarchiver" , then CUT "vintage floral"
STEP FOUR : Go to var/mobile/library/keyboard
STEP FIVE : /var/mobile/library/keyboard/colourkeyboard/theme
Paste it there.
STEP SIX : Go to your settings, and search for this.
FINAL STEP : Select themes, and search for "vintage floral" tick it and save. Your phone will be respring.
